Part of the Pain Reprocessing Therapy management is somatic tracking. This is where you take a moment, in this case 20 minutes, to be aware of the sensations in your body. Not analyze them, not make them go away, just be aware of them.

Combine this practice with the breathwork from Critical Alignment Therapy and now we are building a path back to wellness!
